Payment Terms

If a card is declined, Pineapple Car Service reserves the right to request the customer to arrange an alternative payment method for the products provided promptly. If the customer's credit card is declined, Pineapple Car Service will initiate a collection process after 24 hours.

 

Please note that all Gift Cards/Credits sales are final, and no refunds are available after purchase.

 

Pineapple Car Wash

Pineapple Car Service reserves the right to charge additional or refuse to service any commercially large vehicles, which includes transit vehicles such as Sprinters, and add-on service includes paint corrections and years of ceramic coating.

 

Service price is subject to adjustment based on your car’s cleanliness condition or car size. We will inspect and walk through with you before operating.

 

Our service is available for locations within a 25-mile radius of Mountain View. Any service locations beyond this distance will incur additional charges based on the actual distance exceeding the limit.

 

Products or Services Availability

All orders for products or services are subject to availability. In this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer available, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products or services of equal or higher quality, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitutes, we will refund any money you might have paid.

 

Pineapple Car Wash

Appointment Time: Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, detailers may occasionally arrive up to 15 minutes late for appointments. If a Pineapple Car Service detailer is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, you are entitled to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge. Pineapple Car Service will try to inform users about any delivery delays.

 

About Car.

Products offered through the website and/or the Mobile App are only available for delivery to residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, we are unable to deliver to APO (Army Post Address) and US territories.

 

Refusal of Order

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website or Mobile App at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website or Mobile App. While we will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that may require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any other third party because of our withdrawing any product from the Website or Mobile App, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on the Website or Mobile App, or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

 

Pineapple Car Wash Late Cancellation & Reschedule

You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your booking at no cost up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If changes or cancellations are made within 24 hours, the following fees and policies will apply:

• For cancellations or rescheduled, the full booking price will be refunded as credit to your account.

• If the vehicle is not present or accessible 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the entire booking charge will apply.

Credit Card Dispute Resolution Policy

 

We value open communication and your satisfaction. Contact our customer service first for issue resolution. Please refrain from abusing credit card disputes, and note that Pineapple Car Service reserves the right to refuse malicious disputes. Your cooperation ensures fair and efficient issue resolution.

 

About Car. Unable to Deliver

If we are unable to deliver, we will try to find a safe, secure place to leave your parcel.  If we cannot find a safe and secure site, your products will be returned to our depot.  We will leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery.  If you are not at the delivery location at the time agreed, please contact us again to rearrange delivery for another mutually convenient day.  However, we might have to charge you for the storage and redelivery of the products.

 

Risk and Title

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery, whichever event occurs later in time.

 

Buying Goods as a Guest

The functionality of buying goods as a guest is also available on the website. Under this type of purchase, only such data essential to process your order will be requested from you. Upon completing the purchase process, you will be offered the possibility of registering as a user or continuing as a non-registered user.

 

Reward Policy

Pineapple Car Service introduces a reward program that allows you to earn points and credits redeemable. Customer agree to follow the reward program policy.

 

These terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use" or "Terms") apply exclusively to the use of the mobile carwash booking service (the "Service" or "Services") offered by Pineapple Car Service, LLC. ("Pineapple Car Service") through its websites or its mobile applications.

 

By accessing or using the Service, whether as a registered user or guest ("Customer" or "User" or "you"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions or policies of Pineapple Car Service (including, but not limited to, its Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy), which are incorporated herein by reference and govern your use of the Service.

Upon completion of the inspection and departure of the detailers, Pineapple Car Service reserves the right to decline refund or dispute requests for services.

 

About Car.

We will provide a refund for any product that does not meet your satisfaction when returned to us, must along with its original packaging without opening, within 14 calendar days from the date of the Shipment Confirmation.

 

Returns of Defective Products

In circumstances where you consider that the product is defective, you should promptly contact us via the email address provided on our "Contact Us" webpage with details of the product and its damage.

 

We will thoroughly examine the returned product and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period.  We will usually process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product. If any defect exists, defective products will be refunded in full, excluding shipping charges.

 

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using Pineapple Car Service.

Rain Checks

Regarding weather conditions, Pineapple Car Service cannot control natural elements, so rain checks are not offered. Users are advised to check the weather prior to making a booking.

 

Injunctive Relief

In the event of a breach of any of the User's obligations under these Terms of Use, the User acknowledges and agrees that damages may not be an adequate remedy. Therefore, the User agrees that Pineapple Car Service shall be entitled, without limitation of any other rights or remedies available to Pineapple Car Service, and without the necessity of posting a bond, to seek an injunction from any court of competent jurisdiction to prohibit the continuance or recurrence of any breach of these Terms of Use. The User also agrees that service upon the User in any such action or proceeding may be made by first-class mail, certified or registered, to the User's address as last provided to Pineapple Car Service.
